What this site is
giorgetti-furniture.com is run by an independent specialist for the American market. It is not operated by Giorgetti S.p.A. and carries no endorsement from the company. Giorgetti, the collection names and the product photographs belong to their owners and appear here to identify the pieces we quote.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices are quoted for a specific configuration and a specific address, in writing, and a quote is valid for the period stated on it. Sizes, materials and years are reproduced from what the maker publishes and can change without notice on the maker's side.
Requests, quotes and orders
Sending the form starts a conversation, not an order. An order exists once a written quote has been accepted and the terms on it agreed, including the deposit and the delivery address.
Lead times are the factory's and are given in good faith. A build slot can move, and if it does you hear about it from us before you hear about it from a courier.
Disputes are handled under the law of the State of New York. If any clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
