This page says what happens to the details you send us and what does not happen to them. It was last revised in September 2026.
What we collect and why
The request form asks for a name and an email address, and, if you care to give them, a phone number, a city or ZIP, a collection and a message. We use them for one thing: to answer your request. There is no other purpose and no second use.
Cloudflare Turnstile guards the form and checks that a person rather than a script is sending it. Turnstile sees your IP address and your browser, and tells us one thing back: whether the check passed.
Resend carries the message to our own inbox. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and truncates the IP address before it stores anything. Neither of them gets what you typed into the message field.
How long we keep it, and how to have it removed
Request emails stay in the inbox for as long as the enquiry is live and for two years afterwards, so that a returning customer does not have to repeat themselves. Analytics data expires on Google's own schedule, currently fourteen months.
Write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your details, correct them or send them to you, and we do it within thirty days. No account has to be created and no reason has to be given.
We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run retargeting pixels on this site.
